Sacred Assembly Defined

A Sacred Assembly is a united gathering of people for the purpose of consecration, prayer, repentance, humility, and seeking God's forgiveness and favor.

  1. Consecration: to set apart for holy use by prayer and profession

In preparation for a Sacred Assembly, a period of fasting and prayer is suggested.
