Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Here are some of the common questions being asked, which we have answered to the best of our abilities.
Question: Do you plan to have the Call to Sacred Assembly if it rains or worse yet snows?
Answer: Rain or shine, the Call to Sacred Assembly will go forward. Please check the weather forecast prior to coming and dress accordingly. Ladies, please wear flat shoes, as heals will sink in the turf!
Question: I have elderly parents, who want to come, will there be chairs available for them?
Answer: Yes, but limited seating will be available for elderly or disabled people who contact us in advance of their arrival. Please be aware that people will be standing, so if you are able bodied, you will not be able to sit with your elderly or disabled loved ones, but may stand close by.
Question: Will food and drinks be available?
Answer: No! We are hosting the Call to Sacred Assembly scheduled to enable people to eat in advance or after the “Call.” If you are diabetic or have other health issues we encourage you to bring the snacks and drink you will need to remain healthy. Please dispose of your water bottles and other wrappers in the garbage containers that are available.
